Acquire proficiency in more advanced asanas gradually and consistently by following the body's physiology during training. It fosters the growth and promotion of special talents. Chairs will be the primary piece of equipment used in this session to assist you in appropriately achieving deeper, more stable, and beautiful asanas.

Practice fee :
350 Baht for a single class, or 3,000 Baht for membership card good for ten times using with 90 days periodicity.

*Paying 50 Baht is required for any Top up lesson

all evening classes cost 300.- on Drop-In. student membership card won’t be available. Reservations must be made in advance. Students have the option to pay the teacher directly.
